Vitra stool in virtual room created in CGI for Forbo flooring

The Netherlands

A nice idea for Forbo flooring from the guys at LinssenID. A glass cube as a modern living room in a natural environment to match the wide variety of colours Forbo offers in their portfolio. The glass interior with Vitra Eames rocking chair, Eames stool, newspaper and Mac book is done entirely in CGI. Building this in real life would have been to costly. Besides, getting a permit to build it would have been fairly impossible.

On request of Forbo the image is constructed in a way that the floor can easily be changed in any colour out of their portfolio. Even the background can be changed without affecting shadows and reflections. So every advertisement they produce can be adapted to the specific target group whether it is a magazine, Instagram, Facebook etc. (See animation below)
